This committee coordinates receptions for parish activities that include or benefit the majority of the parishioners. Its goal is to promote good will and fellowship among parishioners. Tasks involve the coordination, purchase, and/or preparation of food and beverage, room set-up, and room cleanup after the reception. The members of this committee act as hosts and hostesses for parish fellowship receptions. Volunteers are usually needed 1-2 hours 1 to 2 times a year.
