Pre-Registration
Pre-registration for new students will take place in January of each year. A $75.00 non-refundable pre-registration fee will be required of all Kindergarten students and all new students in grades 1-8. A $50.00 non-refundable pre-registration fee will be required in early winter for those currently enrolled students whose families remain active parishioners. This amount will be determined on an annual basis.
The registration process begins in late January according to the following procedure:
January
- Prospective parent meeting is held
- Current school families receive pre-registration information
- K/New student registration forms available
- Registration
February
- School Administration/Parish Office review applications in regards to time, talent, treasure commitments/activities
- Information acknowledging applications/screening times sent to families
- School Administration/Parish Office conduct second review of applications
- Kindergarten acceptance letters sent out by Admissions Committee
- School Administration/Parish Office review applications in regards to time, talent, treasure commitments/activities
- Information acknowledging applications/screening times sent to families
- School Administration/Parish Office conduct second review of applications
- Kindergarten acceptance letters sent out by Admissions Committee
- Kindergarten testing done to determine placement in classes
March
-New (1-8) student acceptance letters sent home
