This sub-committee of the CATHOLIC LIFE ISSUES COMMITTEE, promotes a socially just society by following the groundwork of Catholic Social Teaching. Primary concerns include respect for life, education, health care, housing, just wages, poverty, immigration, peace and nonviolence, care for the environment, religious liberty, etc. CLI strives to promote peace and justice through education, advocacy and special projects throughout the year.
